Jennifer and Larry's room

Attention CO-OP Students! This room is available from July 1st until Aug 31st. It is already rented from September 1st for the next school year. This stately home has many of its historic charms preserved, and it is in quaint and friendly East City. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and downtown as well as the local beach and great trails. The room itself is oversized - and has lots of storage, king bed, and a lovely 4 piece ensuite. The grounds are mostly gardens, with a large in-ground pool and a small orchard starting to bear apples and pears.

We are a working couple in our 60’s who love to travel and meet new people. We somehow ended up with a house larger than 2 people need, so have decided to share it and hopefully make some new friends. Our hobbies are gardening, cycling and traveling, and we have family across Canada we enjoy visiting.
