Attention Co-op students! We have 3 rooms available from from May 1st ’til Aug. 31st. These rooms are rented already starting Sept. 1st, so we are currently looking to find roommates for just the summer.

We are in beautiful East City, walking distance to downtown, grocery stores, great restaurants and on the Trent/Fleming Express bus route. The rooms we have are fully furnished, with bedding, towels and even fully appointed kitchen. Our home is very large, and has a gorgeous inground pool for use in the summer months.

We are a working professional couple who have ended up with a house that is too large for just two people, so we decided to invite some others to live with us. We are avid gardeners, and travelers. We enjoy hosting International students, and are happy to have even short-term tenants who may just be in the city working a co-op placement.
