We are looking for one single quiet professional or a university student to rent this space.
One beautiful furnished room available for March 1st Located in a home in Parkdale near Lakeshore and King street west. Near Liberty Village.
The room is on second floor fully furnished. There is only one quiet male sharing bathroom and kitchen.
There is another tenant on third floor and she uses her own kitchen and bathroom. My brother sleeps in his room on second floor but he uses his own kitchen and bathroom on lower level. There is no common sitting area at the present time. We are working on that.
Therefore there’s only 4 people living in the entire house. It is a very quiet and clean house. Non smoking house and pet free. This tenant would share spaces with only one other tenant.

About the roomies
The house is very clean and quiet. There is only one person sharing the kitchen and bathroom. Non smoking and pet free home. No loud parties.
