• Located in the heart of downtown nearby Walmart, Ryan’s Pizzeria, Gas Station and Bus Stops are also within walking distance.

• Parking is also available in the lot (sometimes on the road).

• Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

• Free laundry is available in the suite.

• Wifi and Hydro Bill will be shared. Wifi is $65 when split and the Hydro bill will be split evenly depending on how much is incurred.

• I prefer a Male Roommate, someone who is a student and/or working. I am looking for a quiet and well-mannered person.
