The room you’ll be moving into is a great space! its able to fit a queen sized bed as well as a small desk while still leaving you room to walk around.

the property is pretty decent, the house is a little old but the landlord is an easy person to talk to about those fixes as well as anything else you have to talk about.

as for the area, its pretty quite, mostly older people live here or just single people with their pets so its calm. We live pretty close to 8th street so we have a lot of bus stops close by especially if you are a university student there is an 82 just a 3 minute walk from the house, and theres lots of stores we can walk to such as wholesale club!

We do share the house with other people they live downstairs and are a really sweet couple! they do have two kids, the one has just been born a few months back, and the other is a toddler they are both well behaved kids so we dont hear them much.

and as for who youll be rooming with that would be me (Tipper) and my friend/roomie Clover! We both are clean and orginized people, as well as very friendly :D I like to draw, listen to heavy metal, and i am Transexual! Clover likes to do photography, game, and loves studio gibli (she also has two cats that are with us currently, thats gimli and frodo they are very great cats! frodo is shy at first but will eventually warm up to you whereas gimli is extremly friendly and will love you for life!)

there could be a few more things i forgot to mention but if you are intrested me and my roomie could 100% go through more specific details!
