• rent varies from $1000 to $1400 for singles and there’s one room available for $1800 for couples
• rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, full garden, in suite laundry, parking, and full kitchen
• students/working professional preferred
• no pets (2 cats on premise)
• move in ASAP -can view the place if interested (virtual or in person)

I am a 23 year old, female, accountant but also in school for my CPA. There’s another roommate who is a 21 year old, male, engineering student currently in co-op. The third roommate is a 29 year old, female, who is in school for veterinary studies. We’re all pretty social and love to hangout but also want our own space and respect others social batteries. We’ve had lots of roommates and aim to have a cohesive place for us to bond yet be on our own. We do have 2 cats so unfortunately not looking to have any more pets.
