You will have a full range of the house, including pots, pans, dishes, etc. Rent is $850 with utilities included for the large bedroom with the queen bed. You will be sharing bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard in house. Must be clean and quiet. Sorry, no smoking, no pets and no parties allowed. Street parking only.
