We are looking for a responsible individual to share our 12-month lease with us when I renew in December as one of my roommates won’t be staying. This spot is perfect for an individual who just requires the basic necessities and lives a quiet, minimalist lifestyle.

I’m offering a generous rate of $420 per month with no deposit/down payment. The base price has the rent (heating and water included), internet, and hydro. Street parking is $25 extra. The price matches the quality of the place, please keep this in mind.

VIDA requires Identification and proof of income of any kind on their website to review and approve applicants. The process could potentially more or less take a week to complete
