Room available in shared accommodation, looking for female student or professional as it would be shared with a female student. Room will not be furnished. Great view outside of downtown Calgary, and rocky mountains. Street parking is available. Use of common area furniture is included, as well as kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster etc. Use of Balcony also permitted. Close by amenities include:
- YMCA (5 mins drive)
- Public library (5 mins drive)
- Grocery Stores (across the street or freshco 2 mins drive)
- Lake/parks right outside/walking distance
- Tim Hortons right across the street
- Stoney Trail access to be opened soon
- Saddletown C-Train station 10 min bus ride or 20 min walk (5min drive)
- Multiple bus stops right outside
- Short commute to airport (10-15mins)
- Many restaurants and food choices nearby as well
