Comfortable furnished room with private balcony available in a century old home in downtown Kitchener. This room comes with queen sized bed, linens, bar fridge, table and chair. The 2nd floor washroom and main floor kitchen is shared with 2 women. We are a very quiet household and this room would be well suited for a female mature/grad student or professional. We are close to the Iron Horse Trail, Victoria Park, the Ion, several bus routes. Quiet hours are between 1030pm and 630am. 1st and last required. Please reach out if interested

We are a quiet married couple who love gardening, cooking, reading, hiking and making amazing hot sauce, looking to share our home with 1 other person. Living on a vibrant street, that is also very quiet (it’s a dead end) and steps away from the Iron Horse, this downtown location offers easy access to parks and transit. We are flexible and fun!
