Large room, just under 200 sq. feet. Almost a bachelor suite but still a room for rent. Very private, main floor above ground, same floor as foyer/ entrance. I live upstairs. Shared kitchen is upstairs but room has own fridge, microwave, table and chairs - partially furnished but can easily fully furnish as well. Upstairs kitchen is available/shared with me. Walk in closet. No additional monthly fees. Room large enough to have a sofa as well. Located in Crofton B.C. very near ocean.

Only myself living upstairs. I work part time. Seeking someone with full time employment or school.. Can’t seem to go back to correct the rent amount. The rent is $850.00
