Seeking 1 (female) mature and/or quiet roommate for a month to month lease, preferably long term. One unfurnished bedroom is available between the Kingston Centre and Downtown, right by the 502 express, 4, and 12 buses. It takes 24 minutes to take to SLC with the 502 Express. 8 minutes by car. Monthly parking is available nearby that can be arranged by the student.

No vaping/smoking.
