Retired teacher in owner occupied shared household; furnished, all inclusive; free laundry use (some conditions apply); WiFi provided; quiet single family neighbourhood; decent transit with 2 bus routes and light rail located walking distance away. University of Waterloo, and Conestoga College Downtown Campus can be reached directly on LRT, with “Mill Station” a 10 minute walk from home. Bus transit via routes #3 and #16 connect with routes that get you to Conestoga College Doon Campus, Wilfrid Laurier University, and Conestoga College Waterloo Campus.

Apart from owner, all residents are female, (and I have promised all of them that it shall remain that way). A sense of community is encouraged; respect for intelligence, privacy, cooperation and friendship is important. If you like to make meals to share among residents, or have stories to tell, wisdom to reveal, enjoy meeting new people yet know privacy and quiet are easy to have here, you’ll be happy. Having a good sense of humour really helps, too. Prefer relatively long term residents but students welcome.
