Private lower level bedroom available, comes with your own private huge rec area, dining area and washroom. You will have the whole lower level to yourself, aside from our storage spaces and furnace room. No stovetop cooking, however you are welcome to use air fryer, toaster oven etc in your dining area. No smoking in the house, outside is fine. High speed unlimited internet and all utilities included. References, income verification, first and last required. Move in date for November 1st/24.
