About the room
We are seeking a friendly house mate to occupy a spacious, bright, private bedroom located in a single detached house, with lots of light. You have a choice of either a main floor bedroom, at the front of the house, spacious with a wall to wall window, and hardwood floors, OR a second floor bedroom + den, carpeted, sloped ceilings, suited more for someone under 6ft. quiet and private.
The common areas include a nice clean, modern kitchen with a window overlooking the private yard. The washroom which includes a full soaker tub/shower and heat lamp. Games/dining room. Laundry with washer and dryer. Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, and 1 dedicated driveway parking spot (with snow removal), if this is not required rent will be -$50. Access to garden and bbq with a fenced in backyard.
We enjoy an inviting peaceful environment, and are considerate of different school/work schedules. We endorse healthy co-housing, community style single living. Both of us like a clean and organized home. We’re a 420 friendly, but not partiers.

Algonquin under 30mins by transit.
