Seeking Female Housemate-Two mature, professional women seek a third housemate (female) to share a beautiful, spacious house in East Mississauga for February 1, 2024. The house is located close to Go Train, 427 and QEW and buses. Rental cost is $1,075.00/month, plus utilities shared three ways (ranging from $80.00-$160.00 depending on the season). A deposit of $200.00 is required prior to move-in and first and last months rent is required on February 1, 2024. Reference and credit check, please. The new tenant will have an unfurnished, large bedroom and private washroom with a bath, shower and two sinks. The front entrance, furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen are shared by all three residents. An additional guest bedroom/office is also available for someone who works a hybrid job. Parking, washer/dryer and limited storage are included. Additional spaces include a front garden, covered porch, large backyard with flower and vegetable gardens. Outdoor chores (light snow removal and grass cutting) are shared. Because we already have cats, no more pets, please. The ideal housemate is a working professional who is respectful of others and wants to live in a friendly, quiet and safe environment. Because the house is shared, keeping common areas clean and consideration for others in managing noise is important.

We are friendly and respectful and prefer to share accommodation with others. Also LGBTQ+2 friendly. One of us works full-time from home. The other is very busy and semi-retired. There’s also a 7km walking trail behind the house that I use to walk and cycle.
