2-story house. I have 2 rooms available on the second floor. Own bathroom (shared bathroom if a second person rents the other room). There is a bonus room next to the bedrooms, with a TV, couch, coffee table, that isn’t being used.

There is a second fridge/freezer that could be used solely for your food.
