Hi! 1 master bedroom available in a shared 3 level townhouse. There is 1 and a half bathrooms.

The room is
$900, everything included!

The house has a little gym in the basement, washer & dyer, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen. Room also comes with a/c in the summer.

Parking space is also available.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the red line on the O train. (Blair West)

The room is furnished but can also come unfurnished. You’re free to customize your room however you like. (paint, pictures, shelves) Pets are also welcome!

No set criteria other than someone who is kind and respectful.

I’m Steph! I’m a 24 y/o and studying at uottawa. Love the outdoors (huge hiker) and a good board game. I’m flexible and easy going so there’s no set “rules” that come along with the lease. Trusting the power of mutual respect and good judgment here lol.

You would be living with myself and current roommate Sara!

Sara also studies at uottawa, super friendly and loves the outdoors. She makes the best soup and chocolate cake you’ll ever have.

There are no forced roommate bonding sessions but we’re always willing to chat or lend a hand. We like watching bad reality tv together.

The Dog

Hi! I’m Callie! 2 year old rescue from the Caribbean. I’m super quiet, (my mom has only heard me bark twice) but i’m also suuuuuppper cuddly. Sometimes you have to get a little strict with me because i’m prone to invading your personal space, but that’s only because I can never seem to get close enough.

The Cat

Hey, I’m Nami and super tiny! I’m 4 and unlike my sister, you probably won’t even notice i exist until the the second week. Don’t take it personal or anything, but I probably won’t come say and say hi (although I love being admired from afar.)
