Hoping to get the room filled by January 1, so it’s available immediately. Despite what the pics show, the rest of the house is furnished. It features a large kitchen, a living room, one bathroom, and a balcony. Downstairs features and a main shoe room, washer/dryer, a hang out spot with games and music, a basic home gym with a treadmill, and a small amount of storage. The available room is 9.5 X 10 ft, not including the closet. This neighborhood is quiet and secure, and the house has security cameras for added peace of mind.
Central location, with a 25 minute walk to VIU a 10 minute walk to buttertubs marsh, and an 8 minute walk to a bus stop. One year, then month to month after.

Me (age 34) and Joel (age 31) are laid back and easy to get along with. Joel is a working professional who often works away from the house, and I have a varied working schedule, and am quiet and clean. We like to stick to a weekly chore list, but we are not sticklers with it.

We are open to having weekend social gatherings, whether it is to celebrate an occasion or to get friends together (we are rather social and I am trying to set up more board game nights with friends on weekends!) Details can be discussed upon meeting in person - and we will always talk about it ahead of time to coordinate the best time for it so everyone is satisfied.
