Mill Street

This is a 2+1 with 2 full bathrooms located steps from the historic distillery district. You will have the 2nd bedroom which is just as spacious as the master bedroom with your own bathroom right next door. The room is furnished with a double bed, end tables and a desk.

The roommate is a friendly 32 yr old full time professional and part time student who occupies the primary bedroom and has the enclosed den as their private workspace.

Stay length: This is a 4 month stay. Available Jan 1 to April 30 with possibility of extending to End of May. Perfect length if you’re a student.

Note: this building does not allow smoking (including on the balcony).

Bills (internet and electricity) are included. Laundry is located inside the unit.

I’m a 32 year old professional who studies part time at University of Toronto. In my limited free time I love finding new coffee shops, exploring the city and going for yoga classes. I like keeping the place tidy, especially the common area. I do not have any pets. My mom will be coming to stay with me for the summer starting in June, hence the room is only available until then.
