Private room on private floor of bungalow house.laundry shared separated between the upstairs and down. Own kitchen own bathroom, private entrance. There is room in driveway for 4 cars and one in the garage. One spot is yours. Bus stop two houses down on major bus route with at times direct transport to halifax universities. Look large back deck off the upstairs. Hot tub off the downstairs under the deck and fire pit in the back yard. If i rent it as a fully private apartment i would be charging $1500 but thats still out of most people’s budget so im choosing to rent it just as a private room and more of a somewhat house shared accommodations. If you think you might be interested send me a message telling me as much about yourself why you may be the best tenant and we’ll go from there.

I don’t see the need to fill this part out other then i want someone in here that is quite and chill. Im not home much to do any cooking and if i do i dont want to be eating it for three or four days. So shared meals at times is a extra plus. And if you can cook and want to share that works for me too lol
