Willy's room

Hey there, the apartment is on a quiet residential street in the great neighborhood of Davisville, just off the Yonge line subway, with free street parking but also paid parking very close ($12/day). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and bars within walking distance. It’s an 10-minute subway ride to the heart of Toronto and most attractions. You will be staying in a private bedroom, which has a very comfortable Queen size bed. You have your own bathroom, not shared. The kitchen will be shared with us. Our home is in a great location in a well maintained building with an in door rooftop pool, Sauna and amazing views. We are just 1 minute walk away from the subway and close to everything. There is a laundry room available 24 hours in the building. Since you will stay in our house, there are few rules that you need to follow: ***Please remove your shoes at the door. ***No guests allowed at anytime (including overnight) ***No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. ***We are flexible with the time when you can come in and out as long as you don’t disturb us or the neighbors. ***Feel free to have food in the kitchen and cook. Just make sure you keep it clean and take away your garbage. (there is a garbage chute on our floor) ***If you turn on the stove or anything else, just make sure to turn it off when you are done using it. We’re looking forward to hearing from you! :)

We are a married couple that loves to travel, we are quite often out of town. We both work from home and outside of business hours the apartment is super quiet. We are Originally from France and Romania and we speak multiple languages.
