Come live in a nice ,quiet Southside townhouse . Minutes from Costco, South edmonton common. Close to transit and quick access to henday and whitemud if you drive. Parking is available . I pride myself on keeping the house clean and tidy , there’s a unfinished basement for activities..and storage. Backyard with deck that open to a bike path. You’ll have a private room bathroom (pretty much all to yourself, as I use my ensuite or the bathroom on main floor . Laundry is in the basement as well .

I’m just a relaxed down to earth guy , I like to keep the clean and organized, I usually stay pretty quiet at home (though I’m not the fun police either, so music and friends are okay) I do have an 9 yr old daughter, that comes every 2nd weekend .
