Great location, neighbors, neighborhood, non smoking, no party types, no drugs. Is the main floor of a house, I am leaving the country for 5 months and my cats need a room mate to feed them, they sleep all day and are out all night, and do not use kitty litter… very sweet. The house has a 2nd floor apartment with a university student up there, and she is very quiet. Seperate entrances. The gate has lock, and is very safe ,the house is heated with a heat pump. and has dishwasher and w/d and heated bathroom floor, tub shower, Furnished, and TV with cable and netflix, high speed unlimited wifi and electricity are all included. Safe. Very clean house. 10 min walk to waterfront, seawall, float planes and ferry’s.. downtown, shops ,boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. 25 minutes walk to VIU.

There is an apartment upstairs, seperate unit. Quiet university student currently upstairs, so looking for a person not too noisy.
