New Townhome, Master suits, close to everything in Airdrie and very convenient access to QE2 to Calgary, where new overpass was constructed. Badminton and basketball courts behind townhomes.

I am a quiet, very clean, caring person, looking for a considerate and respectful individual who is clean and organized. I am typically away for two weeks every month working full time away in BC. The townhome I would trust to my eventual roomie, half the time each month. The other half the time will be shared kitchen and anything outside of the master room. Laundry is on third floor with both bedrooms, with full ensuite and walk in closet, and another second closet, as well as parking upfront or back driveway. Room is fully furnished. Everything else in room in photo will be removed besides dresser and bed, side tables. No smoking, Definitely No parties please🙃😀
