Hey I have an extra room in my 2 bedroom plus den apartment . Rent includes all the utilities , except surface parking . I’m able to have the room semi furnished if you would like . There’s lots of street parking and assigned parking for 40$ I believe.

I am a very clean , busy female who loves to cook , clean, sit down for coffee. I am in my early 20s , I’m working full time at a school (Early childhood educator ) and going to school full time.
