This room also has a soaring 10 foot ceiling with ample of mirror closet space and door shelf storage. The condo is only a few steps away to the new Eglinton line that will soon be opened and bus routes that are less than a minute away outside the building making the location extremely transit accessible.

Top-quality entertainment needs provided through wifi, high-end furniture, and gadgets. Basic necessities like paper towel, toiletries, pots & pans are provided. In-suite laundry is provided as well. Amenities in the condo building included a gym and lounge.

Right across the condo is Real Canadian Superstore making grocery shopping walking distance. There are parks surrounding the area like Aga Khan Museum, Japanese Centre, and most especially close to the DVP highway.

I am a young professional that just recently locked in this property unit. I work from home majority of the time and sometimes have friends over to host dinner gatherings. I am a relaxed and laid back individual that value privacy, space, and payment punctuality.

Apart from that, I am an extremely tidy individual. I keep my place as clean as possible and want to maintain a professional landlord and tenant relationship with whomever I am allowing to rent in my space.
