Ava's room

Full furnished room for rent in a 7 bedroom house with 5 other people currently living here. Room includes a bed, a bedside drawer, a desk, and a dresser for clothes. Super close to the UofA campus about a five minute walk to campus and 10 minute walk to the LRT station with bus stations around the area

There are currently 5 girls (including myself) and one boy living here. I will be going away for 3 months so my room is available to sublet. We are all university students who tend to be very studious and keep to themselves. We have a mix of degrees so we can help with school work if need be!
