Hey! I am renting out a room in a newly built townhouse for $1000 all inclusive (utilities and internet). Or $1200 sharing/couples.

You will be sharing a washroom with 1 roommate.

This townhouse is conveniently located 3 minutes away from grocery stores, a variety of food spots (Dominoes, Cause and Effect, Industria, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc.), gas stations, and local transportation.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

There would be 2 other roommates living with you. 1 woman upstairs (who you would be sharing a washroom with). And 1 roommate in the basement (who has their own washroom). Both roommates keep to themselves and due to their work schedules, you probably would rarely interact with them.
