Looking for a respectful, quiet and busy individual (working or student) to share kitchen and laundry room in large home with two professional females and pets (cat & dog). Minimum of 91 days stay, however long term occupancy can be approved upon agreement. References will be required from applicants and only selected will be contacted for viewing. No pets nor indoor smoking allowed.
