My husband and I of 43 years have had tenants for over six years. Judith stayed for about 4 1/2 years until she moved out to a place on her own, and Mert is moving in with relatives that just came to Toronto. The rent is for the room only and to share the kitchen. There is a separate nice sized fridge just for you! The room is unique because it has a shower stall inside the room with the toilet and sink in the hallway for your use only. We have our own bathroom in the master bedroom. The building is on a quiet suburb street with high-end homes with a park nearby and the Discovery Lane a block or so away that’s frequented by joggers and people walking their dogs.
