Very accessible all amenities like 24hrs bus (front building), subway train , groceries, restuarants, bank, bakery, coffee shop and malls. The rent includes water, electricity, internet, aircon/heater. No need to worry about monthly utility bills. Room has bed, mattress, night stand and closet. Common rooms are shared (washroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms). You can also use kitchen utensils and dinnerwares. Laundry is in the building. Not crowded and quiet building. Very clean apartment and quiet I invite you for viewing so that you can see it for yourself.

Very responsible in tidying and cleaning. Friendly people and full time at work but if they have time you can hang out and chat with each other. Respect privacy. Cooking and baking. Travel or go out of town. Love walking and discover new things in Toronto.
