🏘️ Up for grabs is a fully furnished BR available to rent in my 4.5 top floor apartment of a century old 6-plex building, for short term stay (2-4 months ei 1 semester), but a longer term can certainly be discussed if things go well between us. Compatibility, communication and chemistry are important so just reach out. You will also have full access to a large comfy furnished living room to use freely since I barely use it, a spacious clean luminous bathroom that is cleaned regularly and a mid-sized kitchen where many flavorful & tasty creations are made (totally open to sharing meals). The kitchen includes all 4 appliances so you can load up the washer with convenience n then veg out while you binge-watch your favorite shows and munch down some tasty food. To make it even better, the option to hang out on the balcony in summer is just steps away from your room. Pretty awesome! Where was all this when I first moved out??

Bright and luminous. Our rooms - on opposite sides of home. Washroom - bright and clean. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Nice big clean fridge. Dining table. Living room fully accessible to lounge. Housing in a home share that is cozy, safe, clean, secure & relatively peaceful.

🚪 The room is a fully furnished private bedroom in a furnished 4.5 apartment on TOP floor (no neighbors above). This home share is ideal for international students/workers who are travelling light. It’s furnished with a double mattress bed, desk, office chair, dresser, ceiling fan and a spacious 2-level closet, equipped with a window and located adjacent to the back balcony with lots of sunlight all year long.

🔍 Ideally, looking for a roommate that is clean, peaceful and responsible. You should be legally employed or enrolled in school. To help filter people out, this room is for 1 adult, sorry but NO couples, smokers, drugs, parties, guests or sleepovers. You can vape tobacco/nicotine indoors, that’s fine, but the room and home share is for 1 person, not your friends or partners.

📝 Rent + Wifi = $550/mo Hydro = ~$20-$40/mo (non winter months) or ~$30-$60/month during winter months (unless you abuse the hot water, heater and oven). I typically cover 60% of the bi-monthly hydro bill. Cleaning chores are divided and usually home is kept clean so you won’t have to worry about a dirty/lazy roommate, hopefully neither will I ;)

🏆 This is great living scenario for somebody who really needs a clean quiet safe home to sleep shower rest relax prepare meals & eat. Whether you’re in a tough situation, new to Montreal, trying to rebuild, etc as long as you are respectful, friendly & clean, through independence as housemates, you’ll have a safe clean peaceful home to wake up in and to come home to after a long day at school/work, where you can unwind and enjoy your alone time without the clingy need of a social life to keep distracting you. A calm clean home to return to that isn’t full of dirty dishes & trash, constant noise from roommates and their friends/partners, but instead you get peace, serenity, 1 mature responsible quiet roommate and occasionally food that’s already cooked. This home will be great for you if you’re seeking that style of independence & serenity. However, if you have a constant need to have your friends over or a strong attachment to them, then sorry but this home share won’t be for you or your friends. Thank you for your understanding.

✨ Hello! I’m Kuddy, a born and raised ol skool Montrealer. I am a certified licensed security guard with training to help save lives & help prevent danger. I’ve worked at Concordia University as a security guard agent for few yrs. Currently between jobs and also working in a restaurant kitchen as a line/prep cook. I am very clean by nature, great with food and protective of my home and friends.

Outside of work, I keep life very simple. I’m into fitness, nutrition, yoga & MMA, basketball, hockey, meal preps, bday get togethers with friends, summertime BBQ’s & checking out festivals. Big Habs fan so I’ll often stream the games if home to catch them, big on binge-watching shows in winter. I ‘m working on travelling Central/South America, Caribbean’s and Europe.

I’m friendly, social, generous, helpful but I’ve also lived with +30 roommates over the years ranging from young adults, older adults, couples, guys, girls, lazy’s, crazy’s, dogs, cats, international students, temp workers, refugees; u name it.

We don’t have to become besties but coming home to a clean peaceful home, good company and good food surely makes life better and easier. Or can just live in our own separate bubbles, either is fine. I keep my social life limited to outside my home so I ask you do the same.
