About the room
Detached home near Dovercourt park - fantastic location. Cute and quiet neighbourhood. Close to shops and bars. 450m (6 minute walk) to Ossington Subway station.
Room would be the one in the basement. Lots of space with private washroom. Big kitchen and living room.
Must be environmentally friendly, respectful, clean, and an animal lover. I have a rabbit, and sometimes have my dog with me at the house. I like being friends with roomates, organizing potlucks, movie nights, board game nights, and cooking dinners together sometimes.
Looking for someone to for September start, ideally a short term winter lease (sept-Jan), but the dates are flexible.
