We have a room available on December 1st in our Luxury House. 5000 square feet. The room is on the top floor. The room has it’s own bathroom. The room comes with a double bed, desk and chair and a dresser. $900 includes all utilities and high speed internet. No pets. Smoking outside only. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Many cupboards and drawers. Located ten blocks south of University of Alberta Campus and Whyte Avenue. Three blocks from McKernan/ Belgravia LRT and two blocks from #4 bus route. The room is for single person occupancy.

Currently there are seven people living in the house. There is a second kitchen in the basement so those roomies are rarely upstairs. There are three people on the main floor and two on the top floor. It is a very quiet house. No parties, no drugs no drama. It is a mixture of students and working professionals.
