Fully furnished kitchen and living room and ensuite laundry. I am looking for someone responsible to take good care of my house while I am gone. Queen size bed and mattress and study desk/chair. Close to Shoppers drug mart (1 minute walk) and Ossington station (8 minutes walk). Super close to University of Toronto st.george campus. Closest intersection is Queen and Spadina (5min) Please only message if you are looking for a start of January. And tenants have to get tenant insurance: Condo’s policy, with bbq and rooftop pool
