I have a 3 bedroom home, and am looking for a roomie. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser and has a large closet. My house is fully stocked with all the kitchen stuff you need, but feel free to bring your gadgets too. I have a washer/dryer, comfy living room, street parking, dishwasher, BBQ, fire pit, and live on a quiet street that is walking distance to the library, grocery stores, transit, and banks.

I am a 35 year old woman who works in construction management. I like the outdoors, reading, playing video games, ice hockey, and drinking craft beer. I have a big fluffy orange cat named George. My roomate is an early 20s young male student. We are both clean, social, and home life is pretty quiet, with the occasional social event like a bbq, party, or backyard fire. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, likes animals, and doesn’t mind sharing a bathroom. Willing to do a 3 month roommate agreement, and going month to month after that.
