I am looking for a single, quiet female to occupy my basement. I have previously hosted International students. Prefer a nanny or child care worker for a minimum of 3-6 months. I am an experienced teacher/consultant and understand their need for a calm space. I am also open to students. Own bathroom, furniture included (see pictures). Equipment (rice cooker/microwave/fridge etc.) provided for light meals.
No pets, no smokers. Minimum duration preferred is 6 months. Location is at Chinook Park. Directly on #3 bus route and 5 block walk to 14th Street SW Rockyview Hospital bus area. Very close to Shopper’s, Starbucks, and Chinook Mall. Background check required.
