I have a spare bedroom with a double bed, dresser and possibly a desk. I prefer to rent to a student but will consider others if you are a good match. I live on a quiet street one block up from St Lawrence. The beach and park are a block away.

I am a single working professional woman. I have two bulldogs, a cat, and a parrot. I do not smoke or party. I am a happy, easygoing woman. I would like to rent someone who feels at home in my home. I am only looking for female renters please.
