Albert Street

Private room in a 2 bed 1 bath fully furnished apartment with a balcony and shared kitchen/living area. Rent is all-inclusive (gas, water, hydro, internet). There are several laundry rooms in the building. The bedroom is a good size with a double-sized bed and desk, as well as an office chair. The building is right on the corner of University and Albert, across from the Laurier campus and about a 15 minute walk from UW. There is an also a bus stop right outside the building, near grocery stores and fast food restaurants. A parking space can be bought, just let me know in advance so that I can arrange and adjust the rent accordingly.

I’m a 22 year-old student at the University of Waterloo, studying psychology. I have a small dog who will be in my room when I am not home, but he also tends to ignore people after initial barking upon first meeting. I’m fairly clean and communicative to make sure that we’re both happy. I hate being passive aggressive! Please let me know if you’re interested!
