About the room
I am going away on a trip and looking to sublet my room for the time that I am gone. It would probably suit a student looking to rent a room from Sept 2025 to Jan 2026 semester. We could even do the entire school year from Sept 2025 to April 2026 (going on another trip when I get back)

About the roomies
The room is in a shared apartment with 2 other house-mates. The culture of the house is friendly, quiet, respectful, and very clean.
You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other housemate, while sharing the kitchen with two other housemates (the upstairs housemate has his own private bathroom)
