Your room is furnished, includes built-in wardrobe space, desk, chair, bed, etc. Shared washer and dryer in the house, and shared kitchen appliances. be  respectful and work in a cooperative and quiet environment. The rent includes a cleaning once a week of the commun areas!! No pets No drugs No smoking or vape No party’s No sleepover
