Room for rent in a spacious house. Full use of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. 2 full size fridges. Shared bathroom.
Room can be furnished or non furnished, as needed. Currently it is fully furnished with a queen size bed, headboard, desk, sidetable, dressers and tv.
High speed (1000mbps) internet and all other utilities included.
A huge deck and backyard, bbq and patio sets. There is also an inflatable hot tub.
Close to the 27/28 bus routes, in an awesome neighborhood!
No smoking inside, outside is fine… but I do prefer no cigarettes.
About the roomies
I am a 34 yr old carpenter. I enjoy cooking, working out, yoga, and listen to a lot of podcasts. Another 34 yr old in trades, and a 22 yr old student.
I enjoy having a clean space, and working together to keep it that way for everyone to enjoy!
