Rooms can be furnished or non furnished, as needed. Currently one is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk, dresser and tv. The other with a queen bed, headboard, dressers and bed side tables.

High speed (1000mbps) internet and all other utilities included.

A huge deck and backyard, bbq and patio sets. There is also an inflatable hot tub.

Close to the 27/28 bus routes, in an awesome neighborhood!

No smoking inside, outside is fine.

I am a 34 yr old carpenter. I enjoy cooking, working out, yoga, and listen to a lot of podcasts.
