$1200 and $1,050 (a discount will be offered if both rooms share the ensuite bathroom) BOTH ROOMS FOR RENT TO ONE PERSON, A COUPLE OR FRIENDS. ONE PERSON PER ROOM preferred. Please note that rent amounts above are for both rooms rented together. For just the master bedroom, rent would be higher. (The smaller room is NOT rented separately from the master) ** Both rooms are on the 2nd floor with lots of natural light** Kitchen and laundry area to be shared with 2 other people living in the house; one of them is away most of the time and does not cook much

• A second medium-sized room on the same floor. It can be used as a bedroom or office space. This room can share the ensuite bathroom with the master bedroom (for a discount), or it will share another bathroom with another tenant (just one person)

• Smaller room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preferences.

The third room upstairs, across the hall from this room, will be occupied by a female PHD student. The owner of the house is a retired professional engineer, male in his 60s. He lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised rooms). There would be no other people living at the house. This was a family home, just recently rented.
