Located in Morgan’s Grant (Kanata North), this beautiful townhome is near transit, shopping and restaurants. The room is in the finished basement and has own bathroom. There is a very large area outside bedroom (unfurnished) if you want to create a more private living room for self. There is also a full size fridge in the storage area for use of that tenant. All other areas on main floor are shared and this includes deck, yard, BBQ, fire table, etc. Wifi, cable and all utilities are included. Must be employed full-time and have stable employment history. Background check and references will be required. Smoking is not permitted. Prefer 6 month lease but am flexible. Either party may terminate lease with 30-days written notice.

I’m 57 years old and work as a flight attendant. I am away around 15-20 days per month. Occasionally, I work a bit less. I have two dogs so a love for dogs is a must. They are all senior, rescued from the streets of the Dominican Republic. They are not permitted in the downstairs area and there is a gate to keep them upstairs.
