Bus stop 200 meters from the house; less than 10 mins to two subway lines (Sheppard-Yonge or Sheppard West) by bus. PARKING on the driveway available for additional pay. Eat-in kitchen plus dining area to be shared with two people. DISHWASHER, FRIDGE and a BIG FREEZER for your use in the kitchen. FREE WASHER and DRYER in the basement. *The high-speed INTERNET and Water included. For a quiet person only, no partying, no loud music, NO PETS (the owner has allergies). Two other rooms are occupied by two young professionals: an engineer and a teacher. They are neat and considerate of others. The owner of the house is a retired professional engineer, male in his early 60s. He lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised room). He is away most of the year. This has been a family home, just recently rented.
