This townhouse is located in a very safe neighborhood, it’s close to transit (only a 5 minute walk to carvolth bus exchange), all amenities are included (wifi, heating, water, natural gas etc.), free parking is available for 1 vehicle per roommate.

Currently there are three female roommates looking for someone to rent out our fourth room starting in January! We are all very easy going and chill people. We are quiet so you’d never have to worry about us being loud if your trying to sleep, and we also are very clean so you’d never have to worry about coming home to a dirty house. We enjoy hanging out with each other, whether that’s doing a games night or just watching movies together. We would love another girl to join our house and be apart of our little family!
