Sabrina's room

This a beautiful semi attached house in Marda Loop area. Close to amenities and well connected with transit. Close to Mount Royal University and 20 min bus to University of Calgary. The room is in the lower level (basement). It is currently furnished however that can be changed, a full bathroom is included. Common areas are an entertainment room, laundry, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room etc. We are two professionals who are busy. There is a junior high student who is busy with studies and professional ballet training. We have a very loving and friendly Jack Russel terrier.
