This is a great location in Lower Mission. It is a short walk to KGH and a bit longer to OC and Pandosy Village. It is close to Downtown and is 1/2 block to Cameron Park & Ethel St Transportation Corridor (lanes for each peds, bikes, cars) running from the College to Downtown and connecting to other corridors.

This is a perfect home for practicum placements, mature or graduate students or other mature professionals, who want a quieter, mature, respectful environment.

We are two professionals in a 4 bed house. This offers mature living with privacy and plenty of space.

The south facing furnished master bedroom (11’5“x14’) is the on upper floor with a large organized closet. It is furnished with a bed, night stands, dresser, reading chair, shelving and desk & chair.

The home is well kept and comfortable, and includes extras like a humidifier on the furnace, allergen furnace filters, sound insulation and more. All of it is fully stocked and nicely furnished – a real cost savings. Just bring your suitcase and linens, everything else is done.

Flexible with start and length of lease, with a preference of minimum 4 months.

Rent is $950/month and includes: Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV, laundry and parking if needed.

Utilities are shared and average ~$95/month and vary by season. Renters insurance is also required (can vary,$20-30/month).

Must be clean & tidy and have references.

Non-smoking, non-party house. Single occupancy only.
